The complete and up-to-date KMFCC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE for the KMForum Conference Center (KMFCC) can be accessed by all registered users by following the link positioned just below the KMFCC main banner. By completing this registration process, you agree to read and abide by those terms and conditions. --- In brief: The KMForum or the operators and staff of the KMFCC are not responsible for any messages by users of this service. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the KMForum or the operators of the KMForum Conference Center. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary. You agree, through your use of the KMForum Conference Center and related services, not to; transmit any message, information, data, text or other materials ("Content") that is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, libelous, that may be invasive of another's privacy, hateful, sexually oriented, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or otherwise violative of any law; impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a KMForum agent, forum leader, guide or host or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; post or transmit any software or graphic files on any Forum or transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreements); post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes", or any other form of solicitation in any Forum; intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to the regulations promulgated by the U.S. Federal, State, County and other governments or other regulatory agencies and any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the Services; and not to upload or transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party.  Commercial uses of the Services offered on or in any KMForum web site, or communiqué, are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from KMForum has been granted. Any use by you of any other member's information, personal or otherwise, for any commercial purpose or to obtain direct financial gain (e.g. mass marketing) is prohibited. Any such use shall be deemed to be a violation of these Terms and Conditions.  KMFCC and Services are to be used by you for your personal use only.  You agree that you will not use them for chain letters, junk mail, 'spamming,' solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or bulk communications of any kind including but not limited to distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a list. At the sole judgment of KMForum, if the posting of any message is found to violate the above policy, the responsible party would loose the privilege of being able to access or use any and all of the services offered on the KMFCC and Services.
